Guest are particularly requested not to carry their valuable, More cash, jewellery, in case of loss or fail to keep in safety so the Isikkimtravels will not be responsible for the loss of guest's belongings or any other property .

Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to Hotel/Car property caused by themselves, their friends or any person for whom they are responsible. Storing of hazardous goods like gas cylinders, cooking stoves, inflammable fuels, firearms, etc, inside the Hotels and Cars by guests is strictly prohibited. Smoking is prohibited in the public area.

Transportation is point to point basis, Extra charges are applicable for the vehicle used apart from the tour as mentioned in the itinerary. Bolero/Tatasumo are taxi stand to taxi stand services.

All guests to strictly follow the reporting time as instructed by Cab Driver, Delay in reporting time and its consequences/if sightseeing not cover, will not be responsibility of us.

No refund is possible if the tour is cancelled due to bad weather, Natural Calamities  civil/political disturbance, or anything beyond human control, But in such cases there will be full cooperation from the entire I Sikkim travels team to make an alternate arrangement. During winter season sometimes small cars are not allowed due to heavy snow falls in Tshangu lake Baba Mandir, in that case small cars would be replace with big car and also extra charges would be apply.

If due to any technical issue/mechanical disturbance of Cabs, similar cabs can be provided. During the Season time April,May,June and festival season we cannot give 100% Surity for the same cars but similar cars can be provided.

More than 4pax guest are allow to carry one trolley for two pax and two small hand bags. Here in Sikkim Darjeeling due to High hill off road, Cabs carry limited pax and limited luggage only.

Sikkim and Darjeeling is not developed like other Destination in India, so the hotels and facilities available cannot be matched with other developed cities and destinations. Hotels Rooms are subject to availability. In case the rooms are not available then similar category rooms in similar hotels will be provided. Incase room up gradation required after booking, the additional difference in amount to be paid.If guest book hotel yourselfs, we assist you to book hotel inside city, if the hotel is in outside the city area additional cab charges will be applicable.

Check in and out time varies each hotels and it is between 07:30 hours to 12:00 hours. Early check in and late checkout request will be accommodated by the hotel during check in or check out and it is subject to availability and hotel norms.

30% of total Amount  to be paid for the booking confirmation and remaining amount to be paid on arrival. if fail to pay final payment as per given date, late fees would be applicable.

Cancellation Policy:

• If cancellations are made between 30 to 45 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of package value will be charged.
• If cancellations are made between 15 to 30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of package value will be charged.
• If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of package value will be charged. Fixed Cancelation charge Rs 5000pp only.
